Richard Seegerer

Richard brings more than 25 years of experience in insurance, pensions, financial analysis and strategic planning to Risk Monitoring Solutions. His work connects rigorous analysis with the practical decisions that help a business move forward.

In Brazil, he held leadership roles across Zurich Santander, Santander, Cigna and AGF/Allianz, developing products, managing insurance and pension portfolios, and leading teams. He also founded Risk Management Services, providing actuarial consulting to health insurance businesses.

His academic background includes actuarial science and postgraduate studies in actuarial and financial management and insurance leadership. He taught at FIPECAFI, UFRJ/COPPE and FMU, bringing technical subjects into the classroom through their business applications.

Since 2016, Richard has also managed his own service business in Florida, serving clients and working in partnership with other companies. This experience adds a practical perspective on the everyday challenges of running a small business.

At Risk Monitoring Solutions, he develops business plans, market analysis, financial projections and risk strategies for entrepreneurs and their professional advisers, including U.S. immigration-related projects.
